It was Ron from VTI who did all the heavy lifting on the EMS/BMS. He quickly familiarized himself with the system, pulled in Siemens for information when needed and knocked out the generation of IOQ and operational SOP draft.

I would like to recognize Sonali Limbachiya for her support on implementation of LabX for Mettler UV-Vis instrumentation for Gilead’s effort to improve data integrity compliance in Analytical Operation laboratories. Within this effort, throughout the project, she demonstrated the following Gilead’s core values,
Teamwork: She worked as a team member while ensuring team is understanding intended use and user’s requirements for this system. Throughout the year she helped on multiple aspects of the project starting from Proof of Concept to requirements finalization and in the end validation efforts. In all those efforts she worked collaboratively for efficient and inclusive outcome.
Accountability: While leading validation efforts she ensured every important item is discussed and evaluated to remain compliant and, through accountability, she also ensured that her assignments get completed on time and have all required information to perform operation.
Inclusion: This project required multiple cross functional support and right decision making and by following Gilead’ core value “Inclusion” she ensured all right stakeholders are involved throughout the discussion and decision making. Her active and regular participation in project meetings helped team to know the progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvements.
Excellence and Integrity: Her efforts have also demonstrated integrity and excellence to ensure work is being performed according to established procedure and standard.

Our first experience with VTI was fantastic. Kai was super nice and helpful during this stressful process. I can’t describe how happy and satisfy we are with his job and all protocols he made for us. Our Ex FDA Consultant reviewed each one individually and she was amazed by Kai’s job and all protocols.
